  • What does our PTA pay for? Our PTA pays for multiple things for our school site! They pay for students to attend field trips, our A.R., Art In Action, Top Hawk Store Items, Educational Assemblies, Family Nights, and so much more.

    How can I pay for a membership tier? Membership tiers are found online through the PTA website: https://www.hiddentrails.us/

    When will I receive my t-shirt I ordered? T-shirts, jackets, and spirit wear are dropped off on Mondays to the Hidden Trails office. We will be distributing them to the teachers to give to the students. There will be no pick up orders at the front office. These orders are typically given from the Friday-Thursday orders before the drop-off on Monday.

    I received a note on my t-shirt order that they do not have the specific color in stock. When will I receive this item? As soon as it gets back in stock, we will make sure you receive it! We do not have an estimated date as of yet.

    How can I donate besides the Membership Tiers? Our PTA has many events that happen during the school year where we raise money. This includes dine outs, movie nights, Turkey Trot, and so many others. We will have a calendar of events for PTA specifically on our Hidden Trails website that you can view: https://hiddentrails.chino.k12.ca.us/134161_3 We will update this calendar as events and dates come. We will also send out more information through our weekly schedules, flyers, and social media. We also have an Amazon wishlist for our PTA as well! 

    I see that students can get their birthdays posted on the marquee outside. How can I get my students up there? The marquee birthday message can be done by either paying for specific membership tiers, or by coming into the office and paying $15 either through cash or check. Please see the attached flyer for more details, and when payments are due for each month.

    How can I volunteer? Our Hidden Trails PTA will be reaching out to ask for volunteers. We also have a Band app that you can join with more details there as well.
