Bidding Farewell and Good Luck to Student Board Member Gaby Segoviano

GABY SEGOVIANO TAKES A FINAL BOW

On Thursday, May 15, 2025, the 2024-2025 Board of Education Student Representative, Gaby Segoviano of Don Lugo High School, joined us for her final Board meeting of the year. It was a bittersweet evening as we wished Student Board Representative Gaby Segoviano farewell and good luck as she embarks on a world of endless possibilities after graduation. 

During the meeting, Gaby was hailed for her professionalism, enthusiasm, and positivity. Always an engaging participant, she served her office with dignity and grace. Her student updates were always full of exciting news that highlighted what CVUSD students are doing on campus and in the community. Board Members and Superintendent Enfield echoed each other as they shared how much they enjoyed working with Gaby, having her represent the student body of CVUSD, and getting to watch her grow in her role. 

With college just beyond the horizon, we wish Gaby the best of luck as she continues to excel at Long Beach State University in the fall!
